Your own bathroom and walk in closet. The living room area is furnished and most of the time I don’t use it. I have a kitten that romes around but she loves people and is very sweet. I’m working most of the time and am not easylily bothered by noise so as long as you keep it at a decent level during the week we’ll be the best of roommates. There’s a pool and grilling area downstairs and it’s a gated community so upon move in I’ll give you a key to the gate. Utilities are included in the price.
