Very tropical Shreveport home. Poolside with unending palm trees. Like no other in town. Very chill. No drama. I work in the film industry from home. All day and night. I cut up once in awhile with a pool party but otherwise require a quiet home for the sake of working these many projects. So, I will be pretty picky here and will want references. Room is furnished with Smart TV. All bills paid, one simple, inclusive price. New mattress, tv, flooring. And must love dogs.
