I am looking to rent a room in my townhouse. The house is backyard to waterfront. I have parking available in the front of the home and garage. I am looking for a clean and responsible person. The room has its own full bath. All candidates are subject to a credit check and background investigation before moving in. Please No pets. The rent is $650.00 per month, the deposit is also $650.00. The background and credit check required 150.00 and the turn around. I travel a lot for work.
