Renting a one bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. Ideal for University of Tampa students, which I am a recent graduate from, (approximately 5 minutes away) and complex has a shuttle that run continuously to and from campus. New pool and laundry facility on site. I do have one, hypoallergenic dog (he's a poodle) who is very friendly, housebroken and crate trained. Renter would be responsible for their portion of rent, wifi, and electric.
