Looking for someone to take over my lease. I live at The Post on Nord, 1200 Nord avenue. I live in a 4 bed, 4 bath apartment with a 12 month lease that I signed in August. Each room is leased individually and there is only one person allowed to live in each room so I am looking for individual to take over my lease. Rent is $850 per month and parking is extra. Utilities are all included such as wifi, water and electricity. Washer/Dryer in unit among other appliances. 10 min walk to campus.
