I have a 2Bed/2Bath at Stadium village (710 Nord Ave, 95926) up for grabs. Comes with washer, dryer, heating, ceiling fans, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. I already have one of the slots reserved. This place is a nice quaint community. Unfortunately, I'm trying to get my spot taken due to the circumstances. Rent per month is $600 + $30 for monthly fees. The move-in day is July 18 but you can move your stuff in at anytime after. WILLING TO MAKE A DEAL FOR SEC. DEPOSIT
