I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Campus Walk. It is for one room in a 4 bedroom apartment. You will have a private bedroom and attached private bathroom. Right now, only one other person is living in the apartment. There are lots of amenities including free printing.It is in a gated community (that has security) and is only a three minute walk from campus! This unit is also fully furnished and utilities are included. I am willing to pay first two months rent!
