Ok sized room with twin bed, desk, and closet. Me and my bf are in the master bedroom and we have a medium sized dog. if you have a dog thats negotiable. We are very frugal with all utilities. If you are two then utilities are included, if you are not then you will have to pay the extra amount on all utilities. Would be willing to work out a partial rent plus cleaning/ pet sitting for the right person. looking for someone that can be a friend not just a roommate.
