About this household

We are two people, one female and one male. We are both upcoming juniors with the same major of interior architecture. We are very friendly and really clean. Our apartment is located on the top floor. Parking is guaranteed, there are 1 1/2 bathrooms, we have central AC, dishwasher available, laundry facility available and a small kitchen. Internet and pg&e not included in the rent but we have affordable plans. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from campus and a 15 minute walk from downtown.
