Seeking a woman/gay man to stay at least through July. It is AVAILABLE NOW, and I hope to fill it by APRIL 1ST AT THE LATEST. The apartment is 3 blocks from the beach at Cass and Beryl, and it's really cute. There is a big kitchen and the place is above our personal garage which has a washer and dryer.
