The Knolls Apartments sit atop Uintah Street on the West Side of town near Old Colorado City. The apartment it spacious for 2 people, large living room. They are pet friendly, but I'm allergic to cats. Many appliances are included (washer/dryer & dishwasher), and the apartment is a part of a gated community. There's a weight room and swimming pool available to residents. Beautiful view of the mountains and 1 lonely bedroom/bathroom looking for an occupant.
