I am looking to move out of my current spot as I will be graduating and heading to Portland soon. I currently live in a 3 bed, 1 bath house with 2 other college girls (who are both clean, responsible, don’t smoke/do drugs or party, and keep to themselves; one of them does have a cat though). The rent is $534 and the deposit is $300. The lease goes till June, and the girls in the house are currently planning to leave at the end.
