I have a 2 bedroom apartment (kitchen, living area, 1 BA,) that is part of a 4 unit complex. Sorry...no washer and dryer hook-up within the unit. Laundromat is a hop, skip, and jump down the street. It is nothing fancy, but will make a nice place, as well as environment, with the right roommate.
