Hi! I have one bedroom open in a new, 4 bed, 4 bath (2 full, 2 half) townhouse one block (~5 min walk) from campus! Looking for a female roommate who likes to have fun but can also hang out and study! You’ll be living with 3 other people— 2 girls, 1 guy. No pets allowed. Townhouse comes with washer/dryer in unit, dish washer and other appliances, 2 off street parking spaces, and brand new flooring! Hoping to get spot filled ASAP! Move in as soon as July 3rd!
