I am the first tenant to live in the home. I am renting this home, I do not own it. My bf recently moved out which is why I need to rent out the other room. You would have your own bathroom and bedroom. I want someone who is clean, respectful and responsible. I do have a 5 year old son who lives with me most of the time. He is very well mannered and well behaved. We would split utilities.(I'm flexible on this) There are 2 community pools and just minutes from the freeway and shopping.
