I'll be needing roommates starting the 1st of Jan for spring semester. This is a duplex, there will be 2 rooms available for rent, the the first one get to pick which room you want; however, you'd have to share the bathroom with one other person. The bedrooms won't be furnished, but the living room and the kitchen will be. Appliances are also provided. The place is about 3.5 miles from the university and won't be ready for viewing/walk through till the end of Dec. If inte
