I have a 12x12 room that’s super cute, i painted the walls a light grey. Plenty of space for 1 person and guests. rent is $360 plus utilities (about $400). I’m looking to move because my boyfriend and i want to live together. Other than that i would stay here. The girls already living here are great! Very respectful and they don’t bother me at all. Great washer and dryer. Big house with backyard and porch with lights. full kitchen and living room as well
