Have room available that includes attached full bath. Decent size yard with a pool. Do not mind the occasional get together but do not want my house to be a party pad. Potty train dogs excepted. Three minutes from army ranger base. 15 minutes from UNG. Please do not apply if you do not clean up after yourself. If it’s aviation that’s going to be in your studies I am a subject matter expert. I have experience with Rolls-Royce, General Electric, Pratt and Whitney Aircraft engines.
