We have a room available in our 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house near Pony Lake just off of Highway 60. Great central location for Gainesville, Dawsonville, and Dahlonega. Rent price will include all utilities along with cable TV and wireless internet. We are an outdoorsy couple that looks for every opportunity possible to go on a new adventure. Our four year old well trained Border Collie, Brady, is very friendly and always looking for someone to throw a stick.
