The space I am renting out is in a house. Its is 2 1/2 rooms (a bedroom with walk in closet 5' x 20' (large enough for a queen size bed, love seat and dresser) and a living room/den area. This is great for someone that has "stuff" because there is room for it in the room(s) I am renting out. The entrance, bathroom and kitchen areas are shared. Washer & Dryer on-site. sorry no cats or dogs. Caged animal ok. Smoker Ok. Centrally located but not really near a bus or trolley line.
