5br townhouse, 4br upstairs, 1 down. one full bath on each level (shared). large roomy kitchen, large living room, hidden washer/dryer, plenty of parking. wide front porch is shared with neighbor. never had a problem with management since i've moved here and the maintenance guys are unbelievably nice and quick! i can count on one hand the # of times i've heard neighbors through the walls. with 5 people in the house rent is $285/mo with 4 it is $310/mo. hoping for one more fabulous year!
