I have a room available at Fountain Park. It's a 2 bedroom 1 bath. Rent split evenly is $402.50. We also pay electric and internet monthly. Monthly expenses here are around $500. My lease is up in June. A little about me: I am in my last semester of school. I'm currently student teaching. I have pretty early mornings so I do prefer someone who is not a party type. I am easy to get along with as long you're respectful. I already have a lot of my own furniture, so if you do not that is okay!
