Currently looking for a home to buy around Cbus area(2-3 bed rooms,two bath, 1500-2500 square feet).Around Novemberish time-frame. I listed the rent, but depending on the price of the home, this could be more/less. Utilities will be split, and you have full access to house. Home will be in my name, and you will just simply be a roommate.
