About this household

I am a single 39 year old woman, I work full time. I have one older cat that's fixed and very relaxed. The rental is a fully furnished room, with a bed, dresser, small closet. Full use of the kitchen with amenities with a shared fridge, full access and use of living room. (I mostly stay in my room). Unfortunately I can't accept new pets. If you need more storage space you can have full access of the living room to do so. Free parking right next to many shopping centers. No convictions or felony.
