About this household

No pets, unless we talk about it. The pace has a 2 car garage so one side the renter can park in. I also have a fenced-in backyard. There is a gym in the basement (squat rack, bench, exercise bike, some free weights). I do have 2 birds one Indian ringneck and one budgie. They can be loud when they want to be it's rather hit or miss. A little about me, I am single, an engineer for Cummins I do most of my work from home (sometimes go into the office), so I do spend a lot of time at the house.
