Chill little pad- the end unit, rarely hear our neighbors. You'd have your own bedroom with a lock (that only you would have the keys to), access to the rest of the house. We're getting cable/internet/land line installed in a week, so we expect whoever moves in to pay a portion of that, as well as a third of the monthly PG&E bill ($50 p/month total).
