I'm a working professional seeking reliable roommates. I have a couple of rooms available for rent on N. Padre Island. I have a waterfront townhome with a deck over the water. Full access to kitchen, living area, laundry & outside space. Private parking on site. I'm looking for a reliable professional roommate or student with proof of funds and/or references.
