I currently have furnished and unfurnished room(s) available for immediate rent. NOTE: The 800.00 is only an estimate rental figure that can be modified dependent upon shared bath/private bath, length of stay, etc. I prefer short-term room renters, i.e., weekly and/or month-to-month, however I would consider longer term renters if the situation worked well for both parties. The available rooms are located on the top floor, separate from other rooms, hence privacy. Wifi, cable hook-up.
