I'm a 41 y/o divorced father of three looking to share a 3/1 house with a drug-free roommate. My three kids stay with me every other weekend, so you will have to be accommodating of them. The house has central a/c and heating, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, and a fenced yard. I work M-F, so I'm usually gone between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Other than that, I'm usually a homebody.
