Super spacious 4BR/3BA house in Clairemont- great neighborhood, close to everything. All utilities included. 2 living rooms, pool table, full kitchen, lots of storage space, and fenced backyard with jacuzzi. 2 BR's($625 ea) and 1 Master BR/BA($750) avail. My ideal roommates are laid back but not lazy, fun but not immature, and independent but not cold.
