Quiet neighborhood in San Antonio Heights, in the foothills of Mt. Baldy. The home has LOTS of yard space and private parking. The room has a private entrance through the private bathroom (kind of a weird/cool feature). Ideal roommate will be a morally upright individual who neither smokes nor drinks, and has at least an appreciation for good humor (don't need to be Brian Regan but you at least have to be able to laugh). Being able to hold your own in an intellectual conversation wouldn't hurt:)
