I have an open room and am looking for someone to take over and sublease for my old roommate. They had to move back home unexpectedly due to some issues with their family. I live in a townhome on Bloomfield Road near Walmart and the Twin Leaks Recreation Center. It's a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhome. Washer and Dryer is in-unit and it has a dishwasher. Rent would be $387.50 a month plus utilities. Cats and Dog are allowed for an extra $25.00 a month fee. I have two cats myself.
