I'm looking for a roommate for the open room in my condo. I have a cat who is really friendly and chill & I would prefer no more pets, small dog or cat is negotiable though. Along with a pool there is also dock access on the Gardener Bayou. I am offering a $25 military discount & a $25 discount if you can pay rent direct deposit. I'm looking for someone who is easy going, responsible, & pays rent without me having to ask every month, picks up after themselves, & respects me and my belongings.
