Furnished except for bedroom furniture. 52" TV, 8' pool table, all new stainless steel appliances. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, central air, WIFI, 2 story 2 car garage, fenced in yard, lots of storage room. I work a 9-5 job. i smoke outdoors only. I have a 7 yr old daughter that will visit me occasionally, probably one night a week. I enjoy playing guitar with friends.
