Off street, private parking. Outside security cameras. Must have proof of steady income! 1 huge private bedroom for rent $800/month Includes: Water Sewer Trash Electric Internet Must buy own food, toiletries, laundry soap etc. Required to move in: $400 security deposit, refundable after move out, room is in same shape as rented and keys are returned.
