About this household

I am looking for someone to take over my lease. The apartment is a 3 bedroom one bath apartment with very spacious rooms and an open kitchen and living room. Due to financial reasons I am unable stay there. My two friends Savanah and Nate are planning to stay there and they are super nice and respectful people. They are going to have a cat as well. The first deposits is due August 1st and there is a 400$ security deposit. Please contact me if you are interested.
