Hello! I’m renewing the lease for 1yr starting July 1st, but my current roommate will move out Aug. 12th. Rent is $845 for the 1st 6mo, then $895 for the next 6mo, split in half. Utilities and renter’s insurance split in half (water/sewer, electric, cable/internet). Shared kitchen, living, & dining rooms. Ceiling fans, central air/heat, crown molding, hammocks, laundry rm. No cats. Pet deposit for dogs (restricted breeds). Close to everything! Clean & nonsmoker. I'm a PhD student. Thanks!
