This open room is located on Coburg Rd down the street from the OakWay Mall where I live you don't really need transportation as the bus runs every 15 minutes and stores are within walking distance you will have to pay the $50.00 for the background check if should decide that you want to rent this room we can meet half way on the 50$ credit check this is not payed to me it goes to the property management company.
