I'll be starting a rental off Village Plaza Loop July 7th for a 3bdroom 2 bath apt in Eugene. I'm 33, and have an 11 year-old son. The apartment is 1033 sq feet, has a washer and dryer inside. The room is 10x10 with your own bathroom, it has a closet that is about the length of the one wall. I was going to furnish it, but could leave it completely empty. There is a pool, hot hub and gym in the complex. We're vegetarian, eco / minimalist, easy-going & neat!
