Our townhouse is 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a 1 car garage (which we switch off using monthly). The room for rent is on the top floor of the house with an attached full bath! It sits off of a second living space with the washer/dryer and a beautiful patio. Great amenities include fitness center, clubhouse, pool, metro shuttle (2), two parking passes for on-street parking. The townhouse is located within walking distance to multiple restaurants, shops, trails, and parks.
