Hey, I'm looking for a female roommate to take over my lease at a 2Bed- 2Bath apartment at X01. Internet, cable, and utilities included. Laundry rooms on every floor (I will give you a $25 card to use). I am willing to include the first month's rent free of charge!! The apartment is furnished and includes modern appliances. Accessible gym to residents. The 2 other girls you would be living with are friendly people (both students at UW- Madison). Move-in is flexible (anytime after Dec. 20th).
