I have a bed room that needs to be filled. Fully furnished, painted ( if you dont like the paint than you can paint it to your likeing). 1.5, but there is a divider in the up stairs bath so all we really have to shair is the shower/bath. Cozy living room, spacious kitchen and nice size backyard. Im looking for a chilled laid back person whos also reliable, CLEAN, responable and respectful.
