FEMALE Roommate needed asap for 2bed/2bath second-floor apartment at Legacy at Crystal Lake in Port Orange. Lease starts Sept 4th!! Preferably female between age of 18&30 years old. Must provide your own bedroom furniture but all other furniture will be provided! Utilities are roughly around 75-100 per person depending on usage of water and power. You will have your own bedroom and semi-private bathroom as seen on right in the image attached! within 5-15 mins from ERAU & DSC!
