Private bedroom and full bathroom in a San Mateo townhome. The house is two stories, in-unit laundry, fireplace, and a small fenced backyard. The rent is $750 and utilities are not included but gated parking is. There is a pool, workout center, and plenty of greenery to enjoy around the complex. The area is about 5 minutes from downtown and walking distance to trader joes/ other grocery stores. Forewarning: I use the dining area for my art studio/ office space & I have a cat and a german shepherd, so having animals are not particularly preferred (but it is preferred if you love animals). I am a grad student at Southwestern and a local artist, so I stay up pretty much all the time. During my free time, I love to snowboard and hike/ exercise during the day, and go out/ hang out with friends at night.
