About this household

I have a 1 level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home in SW Santa Fe. Very pretty patio and side yard. You would have private bedroom, very sunny, bath across hall. Share kitchen & living room and dining. I am getting divorced so it will probably be July or so before it's available, but who knows, right? I am 71, very tidy, don't cook much, love an occasional glass of wine sitting outside and throwing Frisbee for my dog. No other pets can live here. Prefer older person. No smoking & no parties without me.
