I am looking for a roommate who is preferably a professional or mature student. I am renting one Room with its own bathroom and balcony, in a well appointed and clean apartment. The complex is in a safe neighborhood and has two pools plus a gym. The unit has a dishwasher as well as a washer and dryer. Utilities and Internet are included in the rent.
