My name is Don-Lyn, I’m 18 years old and I will be moving up to Monmouth, Oregon with my best friend Brandy (17), and my boyfriend Paki (18). The apartment is right across from Western Oregon University, which I will be attending. The monthly pay for the 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is 875.
