I have decided to rent a 3 bedroom house downtown and I am looking for a roommate. The house with within walking distance to downtown shopping and night life. There is a park one street over from the house. I have a yellow lab that will be living with me and he MUST be the only pet in the house, but he is not aggressive. The owner and property manager will only allow one pet on the property. I am a single 32 year old professional male, and I am not in college. I keep a clean ho
