The room is open to move in ASAP if needed i can pay part of the November rent as well. The room is the smallest of the three but is still big enough for my computer desk, queen size bed, dressor, and TV. Since it is the smallest you only pay $320 where the other two pay $400 and the utilitys are around $80 each which include Internet, Cable, and all basic utilities.
