I have a room available in a nice apartment complex (Almondwood Apartments). It is located on 1212 Alvarado. It is a two bedroom/ 1.5 bathroom townhouse. The master bedroom rent is 650, the other bedroom is 570. This excludes utilities and deposit. D/W, Pool, Spa, exercise room, etc on unit.
